1 . Learn how to calculate the number of hungry people . This is really more of a classification system and a calculation, but it works like a charm and in a few days , you could see a natural reduction in the amount of food you eat without hunger or deprivation .

What I do is create a simple scale of hunger. It is a scale of "0" at one end and "10" on the other. "0" indicates not hungry at all , in fact it feels full . The " 10" indicates that you are super hungry and need something now!
